Devina Griffith
Chief Sales & Recruitment Officer
A people-first connector who wants every client to feel heard, understood, and supported from the very first call.
I am someone who loves connecting with people and helping them feel heard, understood, and supported. I grew up in the “Shining City” of Saskatoon and recently moved back after living over a decade in the United States Midwest region. I am excited to be back in the prairies, however, am incredibly grateful for the new perspectives and experiences gained while living in the US that continue to shape how I approach relationships today.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, which complements something that has always come naturally to me which is the ability to understand people and meet them where they are at. Whether I’m having a serious conversation or finding the right moment to add a little humor, I believe authentic connection is the foundation of trust.
Outside of work, I keep busy with my family and pets. I love to spend my weekends attending events happening around Saskatoon and being involved in the community. Advocacy is also a significant part of who I am. I spend much of my free time supporting efforts to improve healthcare access and advance human rights causes.
At Panko, my role is centered around people. My goal is to ensure that every client who reaches out feels comfortable, informed, and empowered to make the decisions that are right for them. I want clients to feel confident in their choices, supported throughout the process, and know they have someone in their corner every step of the way.
