Founded in 2015 by Charmaine Panko, K.C., Panko Collaborative Law was built on a vision to change how families experience separation, divorce, and co-parenting. Avoiding adversarial courtroom battles, our firm adopts Collaborative Law and mediation, empowering families to make decisions based on preserving dignity, finding clarity, and planning for long-term well-being.

Over the past year, our team has grown significantly—welcoming new lawyers, administrative staff, paralegals, and students to better support the increasing demand for respectful, out-of-court solutions. We’ve expanded our internal systems and refined our processes to enhance both efficiency and client care.
We’ve also broadened our service offerings with a new office location and additional mediation bundles, allowing us to serve more families with flexibility and compassion. This growth reflects our continued commitment to evolving with the needs of our clients and community.

Looking Forward
Winning the WESK Growth & Innovation Award fuels a bigger mission: launching a Collaborative Law Centre to house multi-disciplinary experts and establishing CommonSense Mediation Academy as a registered vocational institute. Our goal is to train more mediators, expand online reach, and build satellite offices across Saskatchewan.
