Demi Peters, Office Manager and Mediator
Q. Med, Notary Public, recognized Family Mediator under Section 7-4 of The King’s Bench Act, 2023
When I was younger, I got married for the first time. Early in that marriage my former spouse and I realized it wouldn’t be a lasting union. Even without children and minimal property, it was an emotionally exhausting and frustrating experience. It was difficult to sort out the legal aspects while trying to minimize the emotional impact on us both. Because of what I went through, I am drawn to helping people separate and divorce in a peaceful way.
Through mediation and other early dispute resolution processes, people can resolve their disputes and begin building their separate futures. In my work as a mediator, I help people focus on their goals and reach satisfactory and sustainable agreements. Agreements that meet as many of their individual and shared interests as possible, while adhering to the parameters of the legal framework of Saskatchewan and Canada.
If you want to achieve a peaceful separation by using mediation, I encourage you to reach out to a mediator to help you get a resolution. I’m a phone call or email away when you’re ready to embark on your journey through the mediation process.
